Progress!

Blake, Josh and Daniel have been spending their days putting on the finishing touches. They've added the table tops to the booth seats and some trim. We'd like to get formica to finish up the table tops and the counter top.

Josh was working at the bathroom door. It is being made of a piece of 1" plywood that dad picked up at an auction for very little. (The table tops are of this same plywood.)

Logan and Mom have finished the upholstering of the booth seats and the couch. We weren't sure we were going to do the couch for this trip, but after discovering the upholstery cleaner would cost $20 to rent, we decided to do it. The 19 or 20 yards of fabric was from the local fabric warehouse for under $2/yard. We used foam from several old chairs that dad also got at the auction for the couch. We bought foam at a local bedding manufacturer for the booth seats for about $80. A couple zillion staples later: viola! seating.
